- Managing O2C process for OES (OE) Customers
- Continuous improvement of ordertocash processes within the area of responsibility
- Monitoring Order/Return/Claim Handling performances for the assigned accounts.
- Integration management of processes between customers ERP and MA internal processes.
- Deployment of business standards in the Customer Supply Chain Services.
- Logistics Sales Planning within Sales and contribute to improve MA forecast accuracy for Master of Data for Customer account and specific price data; responsible for data quality and complianceO2C Project Management to achieve cross functional integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with customers internal stakeholders Management and Regional & Central functions
Qualifications :
EDUCATION:
- Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years of Customer Service Experience with Order to Cash Processes
- Experience in Automobile industry preferred
LANGUAGES:
- Fluent in English and local language skills
SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Data interrogation skills (e.g. Excel Access) ITknowledge (e.g. MSOffice) Experience in Power BI etc.
- Good in SAP Sales and Distribution Module
