This is a remote position.
The Marketing Manager will oversee and manage demand generation campaigns with a strong focus on digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be experienced in analyzing data specifically Google Ads dashboards and Google Analytics and will be responsible for driving qualified traffic to the company s website and optimizing performance through a variety of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition.
Analyze Google Ads Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools to track performance identify trends and optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Work closely with the Marketing Consultant and internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader company objectives.
Oversee multichannel paid media efforts with an emphasis on Google Ads and Meta and ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI.
Ensure a balanced approach between traditional marketing tactics and the company s increased focus on digital and online strategies.
Manage the execution of marketing projects and campaigns ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in demand generation and digital marketing.
Strong proficiency with Google Ads Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
Experience with B2B marketing especially in the context of driving acquisition is a plus.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of datadriven decisionmaking.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
