Job Description
Coast to Coast Connections is looking for an enthusiastic EntryLevel Community Outreach Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about making a positive impact in their community and supporting nonprofits.
In this role youll assist in promoting events building community relationships and supporting our nonprofit partners through grassroots outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help promote and organize community outreach events including setting up and interacting with attendees.
- Build relationships with local communities businesses and organizations to promote nonprofit causes.
- Educate the public on the missions of the nonprofits we work with encouraging involvement and donations.
- Answer questions and assist with inquiries at events ensuring a positive experience for attendees.
- Help raise funds and track donations during community events.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from attendees to improve future outreach efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure event success and smooth operations.
