Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning coordination and execution of events ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed and that the event runs smoothly.
- Develop and distribute eventrelated communications such as invitations press releases promotional materials and event updates to attendees.
- Collaborate with internal teams vendors and external partners to ensure seamless event operations and maintain strong relationships.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of strategies to enhance event visibility boost attendance and engage target audiences through various channels.
- Oversee the logistics of the event including setup breakdown and onsite coordination ensuring everything is in place and on schedule.
- Collect feedback from event participants analyze responses and identify opportunities for improvement in future events.
Requirements
02 years in event coordination communications or a similar role. Previous internships or volunteer experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborative with a proactive approach to problemsolving and a positive cando attitude.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with a variety of responsibilities and changing needs.
