Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support. This is a nonvoice role meaning the candidate will not be required to communicate via telephone with clients or internal teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive efficient and capable of handling various administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry document management and recordkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain reports spreadsheets and other business documents.
- Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
- Coordinate and support team projects and workflows.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
