The mission of the Junior Sales Business Analyst is to empower the team with essential tools insights and operational support to achieve their goals. By optimizing processes and analyzing performance metrics this role drives both individual and team success.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse performance data using our systems identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rates pipeline flow and revenue growth to ensure business objectives are met.
- Generate weekly and monthly business reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and other teams.
Enablement & Support
- Support the team with tools training materials and onboarding guides.
- Maintain and optimize sales tools including HubSpot CRM and other related software ensuring they are functional and uptodate.
- Collaborate with teams to provide business insights and update clientfacing materials.
Process Improvement & Administrative Support
- Assist in improving processes forecasting and administrative tasks.
- Support the team by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics and forecast business trends.
Qualifications :
Your Story:
- Internship or up to 1 year of experience in business or data analysis or a related role (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables VLOOKUPs and basic data modeling is must
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot (preferred but not required).
- Basic understanding of sales processes and key performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Croatian and English is required.
