Job Description

  • Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameters.  

  • Determine any project risks in the program and highlight to the PMs 

  • Provide regular updates to project reporting  

  • Assist managing the tender process with contractors and providing recommendations to the client 

  • Assist with documentation and repository management 

  • Assist with monthly invoicing financial management and change control processes 

  • Assist with compliance related matters and internal reporting requirements 

  • Presence on site as required on a project by project basis 


Qualifications :

  • Understanding of the total project life cycle from project conception stage through all of the operational stages to completion and postproject review. 
  • Experience in Industrial Logistics Manufacturing space ideal (however not compulsory) 
  • Developing knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts tools and techniques. 
  • Experience of working within a Client focused environment.  
  • Detailed working knowledge of Excel Word and PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
