Salary: 6500 PLN/month
Schedule: 09:00 18:00 Monday to Sunday in rotating shifts
As a Customer Support Representative you will assist customers via voice chat and email with travelrelated inquiries including:
Providing information about offerings
Advising and assisting customers
Handling inbound interactions (nonsales)
Helping with booking transportation & lodging
Languages: Greek (C2) & English (B2)
Strong communication & problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
International work environment
