Your contribution to something big:
- Support and maintain SAP HCM authorization framework;
- Assist in the coordination of authorization concepts within HR IT systems;
- Create and maintain authorization roles based on agreed concepts and guidelines;
- Design build and maintain access rights model during the projects implementation and service operations;
- Advise and support stakeholders on requirements and solutions;
- Test and document developed solutions and assist in preparing and conducting training sessions;
- Act as a bridge between business and IT departments in an international context;
- Be a partner for the application owners in authorization topics.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: University degree in Business Informatics or any comparable technical background;
- Experience: Experience with SAP or other HR IT tools are highly desirable and familiarity with onpremise authorization topics is a plus;
- Knowledge: Knowledge of data security segregation of duties risk management principles and controls are a plus along with proficiency in using MS office tools;
- Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken (C1 level) German would be an asset;
- Personality: Flexibility good communication organization resilience and logical mindset is what we are looking for in a candidate.
