Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Senior SAP FI Consultant to work on the migration of SAP ECC systems to S/4HANA (brownfield) ensuring the efficient transition of financial processes. The professional will be responsible for interacting directly with clients to understand requirements define implementation strategies and support the migration.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 67 years experience with SAP FI (Finance) as a consultant (not enough from a user perspective);
- Proven experience in migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA;
- Indepth knowledge of FI modules (GL AP AR AA Tax);
- Experience with configuring and customizing financial processes in SAP;
- Strong knowledge of integration between FI and other SAP modules (CO MM SD etc.);
- Ability to analyze the financial impacts of migrating to S/4HANA;
- Knowledge of functionalities such as Central Finance and New Asset Accounting;
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide postimplementation support;
- Experience in direct contact with the client facilitating workshops meetings and requirements gathering;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders;
- Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions;
- Experience in change management and training key users;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification (valued)
Responsibilities:
- Active participation in requirements gathering and impact analysis for migration to S/4HANA;
- Definition and implementation of best practices for financial processes in S/4HANA;
- Configuration testing and support during the migration project;
- Support for users during the transition to the new system;
- Training and qualification of key users;
- Ongoing communication with the client to align expectations and ensure successful delivery;
- Documentation of the solutions and processes implemented;
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective integration between modules.
