Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our clients team and lead the development of a Data and Adjustments Management Platform enabling users to upload edit and approve data adjustments as well as a Breaks and Exceptions Management Platform which automates the handling of validation errors and supports data versioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 23 products across two teams located in different regions.
- Collaborate with teams to define product vision and strategy.
- Work closely with engineers and users to define track and deliver on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Develop and drive user adoption strategy.
- Lead product testing and rollout across multiple divisions.
- Gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the product backlog prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Thrive in a fastpaced dynamic team environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Engineering background preferred due to the technical nature of the products.
- Basic UX knowledge (nice to have) the ability to create simple wireframes even in PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly adapt and contribute effectively.
