What Youll Do
- Ensure we hire the right candidates by assessing their technical skills and cultural fit within the company.
- Conduct indepth technical screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
- Pick up the phone and speak to potential candidatesbuild relationships assess fit and engage top talent.
- Assess candidates on both technical and personal levels to ensure a good cultural fit within the company.
- Negotiate with candidates at all stages of the hiring process and address any objections or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to understand their hiring needs define job requirements.
- Write engaging and wellstructured job adverts from minimal information
- Stay informed about company projects developments and future directions to anticipate the need for specific technical specialists.
- Understand market trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive hiring.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Attract top IT talent through innovative recruitment strategies
- Automate recruitment and onboarding processes for efficiency.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process minimizing missed opportunities.
- Participate in the final hiring decision to ensure the best fit for the company.
- Oversee onboarding ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Hiring Manager or similar role with a strong technical background.
- 710 years of IT experience with a strong background in IT project management and solution delivery.
- Experience leading technical teams and making hiring decisions.
- Deep understanding of solution architecture and the ability to discuss technical concepts with stakeholders and clients.
- Deep knowledge of technical roles job functions and technology stacks.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Ability to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Ability to discuss contract and agreement details and work with related documents especially in Poland.
- Ability to understand or quickly learn legislation related to employment and collaboration in other countries primarily in Europe.
- Detailoriented ensuring job adverts and recruitment processes are clear professional and engaging.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
