Cluster Airport Assistant Manager will responsible for the daily management of Airport Operation ensuring that the highest standards of service is provided to all guests. Ensure that all guests receive the maximum assistance in a most hospitable manner.
- This role involves a combination between strong communication leadership sense of urgency customer service and emotional intelligence skills to ensure the exceptional experience to every guest.
- As the primary point of contact between the airline resort and guest offering customer support managing logistical tasks handling specific airport services assist with flight information baggage handling and special needs / inquiries.
- Responsible for the daily management of Airport Operations.
- Ensure compliance with airport security procedures and regulations.
- Ability to manage complex tasks ensuring accuracy in documentation and services in a short period.
Qualifications :
- Qualifications & experience in customer service or a similar role in the resort travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Past hospitality / tourism experience of working in Maldives with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within 5Star Resort will be an advantage.
