Job Description
Cluster Reservation Agent
As a Cluster Reservation Agent you are responsible for :
- Ensure guest reservation is in order for a flawless guest experience.
- Arrange itinerary visas and activities for leisure corporate & wholesalers guests.
- Respond to enquiries about hotel products and services by telephone fax and email according to standard guidelines
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience
- College diploma / secondary school education or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar capacity or preferably in the area of guest services/telemarketing with past experience of working in the Maldives will be advantage.
- Excellent reading writing oral proficiency in English language and have knowledge in Opera proficient in MS Excel Word & PowerPoint.
