This position is responsible for the daily leadership of the IVD (In Villa Dinning) operations to optimize guest satisfaction as well as to ensure that all productivity and expense controls are followed and all revenue opportunities are capitalized upon.
- To assist the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager in planning implementing organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the IVD on a daily basis.
- To assist F&B Manager in training and developing supervisors with regards to service quality courtesy of the staff skill of the staff efficiency of the staff ability of the staff to keep promises flexibility of the staff as it will impact customer perceptions of quality.
- To ensure that the IVD is running in an efficiently manner and proper service is offered at all times
- To assure the most efficient operation of IVD offering the maximum in service of hotel guests through good planning and coordination with others departments.
- To ensure that all SOP(s) are properly implemented and carried out efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Qualifications and experience in IVD (In Villa Dinning) or equivalent qualifications
- Two years experience in a similar role in a 5 star Resort with a multicultural team.
- Stong on Revenue driving results.
- In depth knowledge of growing trends in IVD area.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
