Job Description
Report to : MD (Thai)
Subordinates: Managing 7 Production Lines 5 Managers 500 Manpower
Job description :
- Oversee and manage daily production activities across production sections to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Monitor and control part inventory and material flow to ensure seamless operations and minimize waste.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on quality cost reduction and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and environmental policies.
- Lead and develop production teams fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and high performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional departments including Engineering Quality and Supply Chain to optimize production processes.
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to address inefficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to IATF 16949 ISO 14001 and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) standards to maintain highquality and environmentally sustainable production processes.
Qualification :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Management or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large production teams.
- Experience in automotive or motorcycle parts manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
