Job description :
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement the quality divisions strategic goals and objectives in alignment with the companys overall business strategy.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety standards and quality requirements. - Quality Management:
Oversee the daytoday quality activities ensuring the efficient utilization of resources to meet quality targets. - Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production and quality processes increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Champion innovation and technology adoption to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
Encourage and support the implementation of new manufacturing techniques automation and digitization. - Team Leadership and Development:
Build and lead a highperforming quality team providing clear direction coaching performance feedback.
Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous learning within the quality and all divisions.
- Experience 810 years in quality management within the automotive industry with a strong understanding of quality systems tools and methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of quality standards and certifications such as ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and regulatory requirements specific to the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data identify trends and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a track record of developing and leading highperforming teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits and managing relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance quality objectives with operational and financial considerations.
