Job Description
Job Responsibilities 1. Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimize product listings on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon Flipkart Nykaa Myntra and Tata Cliq.
- Activate and onboard new sales channels ensuring timely and accurate listing of products.2. Sales Growth Strategies
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns including ad strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and untapped growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and marketplace metrics to generate actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Track key metrics to ensure monthly revenue targets (topline and bottomline) are met.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and manage product reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing design and inventory teams to ensure compliance with platformspecific guidelines.
- Oversee order fulfillment maintain inventory accuracy and handle account reconciliation using tools like Unicommerce.
- Build and sustain relationships with platform Points of Contact (POCs) to secure promotional opportunities and gain visibility support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ecommerce marketplace management specifically in activating sales channels and optimizing product listings.
- Handson expertise in running ads and managing promotional campaigns on marketplaces.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with inventory management tools (e.g. Unicommerce) and catalog optimization techniques.
- Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
