Detailed Job Description
Marketing Strategy
o Selection and appointment of suitable distribution agencies for key
markets in the assigned states for all each distribution channel OTC
surgical products private and public hospital products and corporate
institution sales FMCG products.
o Strategy and implementation for achieving growth objectives for domestic
business in consultation with GM Sales.
o Conducting sales review meetings and presenting strategic insights along
with plan of action with management on a quarterly basis
o Collection of key market intel (pricing competitor activity overall market
trends etc.) for all areas and products on a periodic basis and advising top
management for periodic pricing corrections or changes in approach.
Expected to have a strong grip on the market pulse
o Suggestions for new products promotional activities etc. to management
o Setting up of Private Institutional sales/Hospital sales division including
hiring and training staff and also getting Medigrip approved in private
institutions to initiate business
