Position: GDOT GIS IT Support Specialist
Location: Atlanta GA (30308)

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a GIS IT Support Specialist with expertise in Esri ArcGIS to provide enduser support and troubleshoot technical issues. The ideal candidate will work closely with users and IT staff to enhance productivity with ArcGIS applications and assist in the development of training resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide firsttier technical support for Esri ArcGIS solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ArcGIS Desktop Enterprise applications and cloud products.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.
- Coordinate with IT staff and escalate issues as necessary.
- Conduct user training and enhance user engagement through GDOT GIS User Group initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with Esri ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro).
- Experience with ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS mobile applications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Esri geodatabases and GIS data management.
