Job Title: Senior Project Manager (PEB)
Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our steel fabrication projects at PEB Steel Fabrication Company. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution from initial planning and design to final delivery ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of steel fabrication projects including scope definition budgeting scheduling procurement fabrication erection and commissioning.
- Collaborate with clients engineers architects and other stakeholders to develop project plans specifications and schedules that meet project requirements and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams including project engineers coordinators supervisors and subcontractors to ensure effective communication coordination and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress budgets and timelines and take proactive measures to identify and mitigate risks resolve issues and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate procurement activities including material sourcing vendor selection negotiation and contract management to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in accordance with project requirements.
- Oversee fabrication processes quality control and compliance with engineering standards codes and specifications to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets cost tracking and financial reporting including forecasting variance analysis and change order management to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Facilitate regular project meetings progress reviews and stakeholder updates to keep all parties informed of project status issues and action plans.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.
- Converting potential leads into sales and liasoning.
- Provide leadership mentorship and professional development opportunities to project team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
