Our client a leading company in the disinfectant biocide and surfactant industries is looking for a Researcher (D&S) with expertise in surfactant chemistry and product formulation. This role focuses on developing innovative formulations conducting application research and bringing new products to market.

Key Responsibilities
Develop & Optimize Formulations Design and execute experiments to create advanced surfactant formulations for specific applications.
Analyze & Interpret Data Conduct laboratory tests evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
Research & Development Lead research initiatives for disinfectant biocide and surfactant products ensuring high efficacy and compliance.
GotoMarket Strategy Contribute to new product development and assist in launching products to market.
Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with industry experts stakeholders and collaborators to drive innovation.
Market Research Conduct preliminary market analysis to understand product value chains and potential customers.
Present Findings Communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
What Were Looking For
Ph.D. in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Pharmaceuticals or a related field focusing on surfactants and disinfectants.
Experience in product formulation for disinfectants biocides or surfactants.
Background in new product development from research to market launch.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to generate innovative ideas.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (spoken & written) for professional communication.
