Job Description
Our clients fantastic nursery in Godalming are seeking an experienced Nursery deputy Manager to join the team. This is a supernumerary role and you will need experience of supporting alongside the manager in a very large nursery. Excellent salary is being offered c 34k based on a 40 hrs working week with loads of benefits including onsite parking.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
