Manager/Sr. Manager Investment & Financial Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the highways sector
Build and review complex financial models for investment analysis
Conduct due diligence valuation analysis and risk assessment
Prepare detailed investment memos for committee approvals
Structure and negotiate transactions and documentation
Oversee execution and postinvestment monitoring of infrastructure projects
Provide strategic insights for portfolio management and fund allocation
Ideal Candidate:
Chartered Accountant (first attempt preferably rank holder) / MBA from a toptier Bschool
710 years of experience in investment analysis financial modeling and transaction execution
Strong expertise in infrastructure investments M&A and due diligence
Ability to analyze complex financial data and present strategic insights
Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills
