Position: Aesthetics Area Head
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Aesthetics Area Head to lead and oversee multiple aesthetics clinics in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning operational excellence business development and ensuring high standards of patient care across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify opportunities for new services partnerships and customer acquisition.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple aesthetics clinics ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Implement best practices to enhance service quality and patient experience.
- Manage budgets cost controls and resource allocation effectively.

Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead mentor and motivate clinic managers medical professionals and support staff.
- Conduct performance reviews training and development programs to ensure a highperforming team.
- Foster a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement.

Client Experience & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure a premium and consistent patient experience across all clinics.
- Uphold high standards of safety hygiene and compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations.
- Address customer feedback and implement service enhancements accordingly.

Marketing & Brand Positioning:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Strengthen brand positioning and visibility within the aesthetics industry.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders influencers and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the aesthetics dermatology or medical spa industry.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare and aesthetics market.
- Proven track record in business development operations and team leadership.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment and manage multiple locations.
