Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job highlights:
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Work schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Newport Beach California USA Pacific time (1:00 AM 10:00 AM Manila time) with 1hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
  • Handle administrative tasks to support the optometry practice s daily operations
  • Perform quality control checks on various administrative processes
  • Interact with patients including scheduling appointments and followups
  • Make outbound calls to both English and Spanishspeaking patients
  • Manage patient scheduling and maintain an organized appointment system
  • Provide customer service to address patient inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required by the practice

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on patient satisfaction
  • Ability to work fulltime (40 hours per week)
  • Healthcare or medical experience

Scope:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing patient communications
  • Oversee appointment scheduling and management system
  • Ensure quality control of administrative processes
  • Assist in maintaining patient records and practice documentation
  • Support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the optometry practice s operations
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
