Job highlights:
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Work schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Newport Beach California USA Pacific time (1:00 AM 10:00 AM Manila time) with 1hour unpaid break
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks to support the optometry practice s daily operations
- Perform quality control checks on various administrative processes
- Interact with patients including scheduling appointments and followups
- Make outbound calls to both English and Spanishspeaking patients
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain an organized appointment system
- Provide customer service to address patient inquiries and concerns
- Assist with general administrative duties as required by the practice
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and administrative tasks
- Customer service orientation with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Ability to work fulltime (40 hours per week)
- Healthcare or medical experience
Scope:
- Manage incoming and outgoing patient communications
- Oversee appointment scheduling and management system
- Ensure quality control of administrative processes
- Assist in maintaining patient records and practice documentation
- Support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the optometry practice s operations
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
