Role: Team Member Transition & Governance
Education: MBA Finance / CA Inter / M.Com
Experience: 78 years of relevant experience
ERP: SAP (Preferable)
Industry: Shared Service Center (SSC) / Global Business Services (GBS) / Global Capability
Centre (GCC)
Job Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
Role specific details
F&A processes understanding to map As Is process and To Be process designing
Understand the volumetrics to measure effort estimation and calculate FTE
Well versed with Transition methodology Toll Gates and approach till stabilization / BAU
Ability to manage stakeholders and must have strong governance along with documentation
during various Project phases
Proven track record and relevant experience of Transition and Project management in F&A
shared service domain
Expertise in SSC KPI reporting
Monthly Analytics & MIS on Book hygiene
Good knowledge of MS Office tools mainly PowerPoint Excel Word Visio
Skills having added advantage
Six Sigma certification Green Belt / Black Belt
Knowledge on ISO / Quality framework
