Job Description :
PL Channel Growth:
o Drive growth across owned retention channels (email SMS push notifications inapp etc.) with a 360degree approach that balances strategy and execution.
o Plan execute and optimize campaigns to achieve channelspecific KPIs like revenue CTR and conversions.
Tech Initiatives:
o Own and manage key tech initiatives for retention marketing ensuring the integration and adoption of tools and technologies that enhance campaign effectiveness.
o Collaborate with the tech team to ensure seamless implementation and functionality.
o Plan execute and optimize campaigns to achieve channelspecific KPIs like revenue CTR and conversions.

InApp Channels:
o Oversee inapp communication channels ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.
o Leverage the latest industry trends and insights to continuously enhance inapp features and experiences.
Revenue & BI Initiatives:
o Lead revenuebuilding and business intelligence initiatives to generate incremental revenue and boost visits to the platform.
o Analyze data to identify patterns trends and actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Event Calendar & Properties:
o Manage the retention marketing event calendar ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
