1 . Product Vision & Roadmap
- Define the AI Agent Platform roadmap aligning with business goals and AI industry trends.
- Prioritize product features using frameworks like RICE MoSCoW and JobstobeDone (JTBD).
- Ensure that the platform is scalable multitenant and cloudagnostic supporting multiple industries.
2 . Agile Product Development
- Collaborate with engineering UX and data teams to translate requirements into technical execution.
- Lead sprint planning backlog refinement and feature prioritization in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Maintain a clear and structured product backlog balancing technical debt and innovation.
3 . AI & Data Strategy
- Define strategies for AI model integrations (OpenAI Falcon Hugging Face LangChain).
- Ensure the platform supports lowcode/nocode AI workflows connectors and automation capabilities.
4 . GoToMarket (GTM) & Monetization
- Own the GTM strategy working with marketing & sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Conduct competitive analysis to position the AI Agent Platform against existing AI automation tools.
5 . Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Gather insights from clients partners and stakeholders to refine product features and roadmap.
- Drive pilot programs beta launches and proofofconcept (PoC) implementations.
- Work with sales teams to define ideal customer profiles (ICP) and support enterprise adoption.
