Job Description

Role background
As an Enterprise Accounts Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with Wolt restaurants Enterprise partners.
Your primary goal will be to ensure our enterprise satisfaction maximize sales opportunities and achieve business KPIs targets in the chain or branch level.
You will serve as the main point of contact for our Restaurants Enterprise working closely with enterprise owners Chains managers and other officials from the enterprise.
The Enterprise Accounts Manager connects between Wolt Needs the Chains HQ demands and the branches wants.

The Enterprise Accounts Manager is in charge on all the Enterprise needs; From the daily basics needs the business development commercial terms and adding new branches.
You combine data analytical performance management commercial excellence and sales skills to acquire more for our partners.

The Restaurant Enterprise Specialist role is a 100% position.
What youll be doing

  • Driving and managing the growth of your Restaurant portfolio
  • Working on Operational KPIs for your Restaurants portfolio 
  • Become a knowledge source and a goto person that brings the team Enterprise thinking and supports them in closing and executing Enterprise deals.
  • Signing new branches from the enterprise
  • Develop Wolts Enterprise playbooks sales and account management materials and toolkits for the market. 
  • Work closely with our Finance Analytics and Marketing teams for the enterprise needs
  • Use data to drive commercial and strategic discussions around Enterprise partnerships on a daytoday basis.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in key account management or business development (25 years)
  • Deep understanding of the restaurant industry including knowledge of industry trends challenges and restaurant needs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market dynamics analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong technical skills and logical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with a diverse range of partners from restaurant owners to managers and adapt your approach accordingly.
  • Salesoriented mindset with a passion for business growth.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and resultsdriven.
  • Passion for developing and scaling restaurant partnerships in Israel.
  • BA in Business Management an advantage.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English a must.
