Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Studio Manager to join our dynamic team in Cebu City Philippines. As the Studio Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations leading a team of professionals and ensuring the smooth running of our creative studio.
- Manage and lead a team of professionals including motivating and coaching them
- Oversee daily studio operations ensuring efficient workflows and highquality output
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources and streamline processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
- Create and maintain a positive supportive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation
- Develop and update operational procedures and manuals as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Manage studio budget including resource allocation and cost control measures
- Organize and participate in teambuilding activities and events to boost morale and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and relevant regulations
Qualifications :
- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
- Proven experience in studio management or a similar leadership role
- Strong people management skills with the ability to lead motivate and develop teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management and budgeting
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a resultsdriven attitude
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Familiarity with project management tools and studio management software
