Overview:
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for finance systems and a knack for delivering projects on time and within budget AP Recruiters is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our client in the insurance industry. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in Oracle EBS and a track record of managing successful projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Project Execution: Lead the project team to ensure timely budgetcompliant and quality completion of all activities.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep the project on track.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
Communication: Regularly update stakeholders including senior management on project progress risks and issues.
Resource Management: Efficiently manage personnel equipment and materials.
Quality Management: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and processes are consistently followed.
Change Management: Document and approve changes to project scope schedule or budget.
Project Closure: Complete all deliverables and close out the project efficiently.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
510 years of Project Management experience
Proven experience in managing finance system projects
Experience with at least 5 full project life cycles preferably with multinational corporations
Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Expertise in using project planning management tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Effective time management and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced dynamic environment

About Our Client:

This is not a direct hire role it is an hourly consulting position with Marsh McLennan contract.Reflik shall be the employer of record for the candidate selected for this role (i.e. Reflik will hire the contingent worker as a W2 employee and pay the salary benefits workers compensation etc.)Corptocorp or subcontracting for this role is not permissible.You will be eligible to receive referral reward up to the end of 6 months from candidates start date or until the end of the assignment whichever is earlier.If the client decides to hire candidate fulltime during the contract tenure you will receive 50% of any applicable conversion fee paid to Reflik.You will receive the referral reward indicated based on the candidates hourly pay rate based on actual hours worked.Reflik will pay you the referral reward after the client has paid Reflik for the hours worked by the candidate.

Reflik will pay this amount to consultant for each work hour documented in clients timesheet.

This is the duration of the contract i.e. how long will the consultant work on client project.
