What Youll Do.
Positioning & Messaging
- Craft and test value propositions across ads landing pages email and social.
- Ensure consistent messaging across Product Sales and Marketing.
- Create sales collateral (case studies pitch decks onepagers).

Demand Generation & Acquisition
- Run paid & organic campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn SEO content email).
- Optimize landing pages funnels and onboarding flows for conversions.
- Track CAC and engagement metrics iterating based on data.
Retention & Conversion Optimization
- Build automated nurture flows to convert free users into paying customers.
- Create reengagement campaigns to reduce churn and boost engagement.
- Conduct A/B tests & behavior analysis to refine user experience.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of experience in growth marketing demand gen or product marketing (B2B SaaS a plus).
- Strong analytical skills ability to measure report and optimize marketing efforts.
- Handson experience with paid marketing SEO content or email campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting & messaging skills able to translate features into benefits.
- Comfortable with experimentation & rapid iteration in a fastpaced startup environment.
- (Bonus) Experience with HubSpot Google Analytics Webflow or LinkedIn Ads.
Who You Are
- 3 years of experience in growth marketing digital marketing or a related field.
- Handson experience running Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
- Strong knowledge of email & WhatsApp marketing tools (e.g. Brevo HubSpot GoHighLevel Mailchimp).
- Proven track record in optimizing conversion funnels and improving retention metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing landing page optimization and CRM/email automation.
- Strong analytical skillscomfortable working with Google Analytics Looker Studio or Mixpanel.
- Ability to experiment learn fast and iterate based on data.
- Bonus: Experience with growth strategies for African B2B or SMB markets.
