Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime
Relocation Package: Provided (for candidates relocating from Russia)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (rotational shifts)

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone email and chat to provide professional and friendly support.

Requirements
- Fluent in Russian (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
- Passion for customer service and problemsolving.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage.
- Techsavvy and comfortable using digital tools.
