Job description
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey and help create positive online experiences for millions of users Dont miss this opportunity! Your daily role will include the following tasks:

  • Serve as a point of contact for calls chats and emails from users
  • Provide customer service to our clients
  • Assist and communicate with customers through various channels including phone
  • Answer customer questions and guide them in case of any product issues
  • Handle complaints
  • This is a fulltime position (40 hours per week)
  • Direct customer support at major events around the world
  • Other tasks as needed

Your qualifications

  • Fluent inSwedish Danish Norwegian Finnish German or Polish
  • Experience in customer support is recommended and considered an advantage
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities tasks and strong communication skills to express yourself clearly and concisely
