Working Time: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Monday to Friday (Onsite)

Role Purpose
They are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Odoo ERP Business Analyst to join their expanding team. In this role you will be key in technology consulting and service delivery. Your responsibilities will connect business requirements process optimization and ERP solution design ensuring smooth system implementation and client success.
Main Objectives
Enhance ERP Presales Success Deliver impactful product demonstrations and proposals that drive sales conversions.
Optimize Business Processes Identify and implement improvements within ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure Smooth Implementation Support system configuration testing and enduser adoption for successful deployment.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs conduct product demonstrations and prepare tailored proposals.
Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to analyze and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
Process Optimization: Evaluate current business workflows and recommend ERPdriven improvements.
Solution Design: Develop and propose ERP solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
Implementation Support: Assist in ERP module customization configuration and system deployment.
Testing & Validation: Develop test plans conduct system testing and validate ERP functionality to meet business needs.
User Training & Support: Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing user support for successful ERP adoption.
Project Coordination: Manage project timelines key deliverables and stakeholders communication.
Documentation: Create detailed process flows user guides and training materials to support implementation.
Technical Troubleshooting: Support issue resolution within the ERP system to ensure smooth operations.
Additional Responsibilities
Stay updated on ERP trends best practices and industry developments.
Contribute to internal knowledgesharing initiatives and process improvements.

Education & Qualifications
A bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Supply Chain Finance or a related field.
Professional Experience
3 years of experience working with Odoo ERP systems in a business analyst presales or implementation role.
Proven experience gathering requirements and mapping them to ERP solutions.
Strong background in analyzing business processes and proposing ERPdriven optimizations.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Odoo ERP configuration customization and deployment.
Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
Familiarity with ERP modules related to Manufacturing Human Resources Inventory Management or Finance is highly preferred.
NicetoHave Requirements
Experience in consulting or working with ERP solution providers.
Understanding of software development methodologies and ERP integrations.
Knowledge of scripting or automation within Odoo ERP.
