Job Responsibilities:
- Identify develop and maintain relationships with direct clients VMS clients and enterprise accounts.
- Leverage existing BFSI telecom and healthcare industry connections to onboard new clients.
- Drive SOW (Statement of Work) staffing business and MSP/VMS staffing models.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and understanding their hiring needs.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met with quality service.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure longterm client engagements.
- Stay updated with industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
- Good experience in business development sales or client relationship management within the IT staffing and healthcare services industry.
- Strong network and proven track record of securing direct clients and VMS/MSP accounts.
- Expertise in SOW staffing business and working with enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking software.
