Job Description
The Coordinator Creative Partnerships Development (Sports) position is responsible for working with key NBC Sports stakeholders to market and increase sales of the properties of NBC Sports NBCSports.com Peacock and NBC Sports Social platforms. The role calls for collaboration across the full NBCUniversal One Platform ad sales ecosystem including global and local. Reporting to the Manager Creative Partnerships Development (Sports) the Coordinator will work on linear digital and social platforms within NBC Sports portfolio of properties that includes NFL NBA College Football and Basketball NASCAR Horse Racing Premier League and Telemundo Deportes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with all key stakeholders to develop sponsorable assets for sale across NBCs portfolio of assets
- Support RFP process from presale ideation through execution
- Catalogue all sponsorable elements across linear digital and social platform for internal and external use
- Interface with key sales planning and research teams to ensure successful execution of all sponsorship elements
- Analyze competitive landscape to highlight key trends and noteworthy integrations
- Attend and manage custom content shoots by liaising between production and client
- Oversee internal tracking system for all sales requests and marketing outputs
- Write company overviews for sales group
- Day to day budget administration
Qualifications :
- College Degree
- On average 12 years of experience at an agency media company sales organization or in sports production where the individual was responsible for presentation creative and promotion development.

- Business writing skills including presentation development
- Understanding of the creative development process
- Familiarity with the development and execution of promotions
- Understanding of the promotion development and execution process and experience executing promotions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external clients
- Knowledge of media marketing the sales process and media in general
- Thorough knowledge of Word PowerPoint Excel etc and presentation proficiencies
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Final Cut
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
Salary range: $55000 $58000
