Senior Team Leader m/f/d Payroll Accounting (German speaking) 40% Home Office
Salary: 65.000 / Annually

Contribute your talents knowledge and ideas to design and optimize the processes and development of our payroll and team and thus contribute to the success of our company.

What you will do
- Serve as a point of contact for team members find solutions to deeprooted operational or policyrelated issues and identify complex solutions that you can work on with Payroll Manager.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and define standards for new processes.
- Carry out payroll accounting on time independently and on your own responsibility.
- Be responsible for the administrative implementation of personnel measures such as contract changes new hires and terminations.
- Support our departments and employees in all tax and social security law issues.
- Handle various requests from authorities.
- Create reports and analyses.
Who are you
- You have already gained leadership experience are ready to take on leadership responsibility with us and pick up your team at eye level.
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting in Germany with a payroll system.
- You have native German/bilingual level and good written and spoken English skills.
- You have a keen interest in financial topics and a good knowledge of income tax and social security law.
- Are confident in using the Office 365 software package.
- We like to optimize processes and enjoy developing yourself your team and our payroll.
