About the Role
We are searching for a Deputy Head of Product Management to drive innovation and excellence in product development. This is a highimpact leadership role where youll work closely with the Head of Product to shape the roadmap enhance product quality and ensure seamless feature delivery.
As a key player in a fastgrowing company youll have full ownership of the product lifecyclefrom ideation to successwhile collaborating with crossfunctional teams to build categorydefining solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Gain a deep understanding of user pain points and market trends.
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Own product requirements and documentation to drive clarity and efficiency.
Execution & Delivery
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to postlaunch success.
- Ensure highvelocity highquality product releases.
- Act as the goto person for productrelated inquiries across teams.
Product Growth & Optimization
- Monitor product performance and make datadriven improvements.
- Work closely with customer success teams to maximize adoption.
- Iterate based on insights and user feedback to enhance features.
Who You Are
Experienced product leader with a background in B2B or SaaS.
Strong communicator & collaborator is able to align teams and drive execution.
Datadriven & customerfocused you make decisions backed by insights.
Organized & resultsoriented you thrive in fastpaced environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years in product management with experience in SaaS or B2B.
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies & modern product development.
- Ability to craft clear PRDs and lead crossfunctional collaboration.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience managing or mentoring product managers.
Background in software engineering or technical product management.
Handson experience with Product Analytics tools (Mixpanel Metabase Looker).
