Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Program Manager to serve as the vital link between engineering teams and technicians ensuring accurate and efficient translation of technical instructions from English to Thai. This position is critical to optimizing operations reducing errors and enhancing productivity by bridging language and technical knowledge gaps in a fastpaced precisiondriven environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translation & Interpretation Excellence:
- Accurately translate engineering instructions operational procedures and technical documents from English to Thai ensuring clarity and precision.
- Facilitate realtime interpretation during crossfunctional meetings training sessions and onsite interactions enabling seamless understanding between engineers technicians and engineering operators.
- Execution Alignment:
- Act as the primary point of contact for translating engineering requirements into actionable steps for technicians.
- Provide ontheground support to ensure technicians fully comprehend instructions and execute tasks as intended.
- Project Oversight:
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop clear schedules and milestones for technical implementations.
- Monitor technician performance and adherence to instructions ensuring alignment with engineering objectives.
- Risk Mitigation:
- Identify potential communication gaps or misunderstandings that could lead to operational risks proactively addressing them with appropriate solutions.
- Ensure technicians are equipped with the necessary information and support to meet project goals effectively.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze recurring communication challenges and recommend process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide feedback to engineering teams to refine instructional approaches and documentation.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Technical Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
PREFERRED:
- Proven expertise in technical translation or interpretation with fluency in English and Thai.
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts technical schematics and operational workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive crossfunctional alignment.
SKILLS:
- Proficient in project management tools and reporting systems with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Experience in manufacturing production or engineeringintensive environments is highly preferred.
