Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Technologist of Product Engineering to join our team in BangPain Thailand. In this critical role you will lead our product engineering department driving innovation and excellence in product development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the product engineering lifecycle and develop strategies to enhance quality efficiency and market competitiveness
- Lead and mentor engineering teams while collaborating with crossfunctional departments to align product development with business objectives
- Analyze market trends customer feedback and ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control measures
- Manage project timelines resources and budgets effectively
- Implement process improvements and best practices in product engineering
- Provide comprehensive technical briefings and project updates to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- 8 years of experience in product engineering with 35 years in a managerial role
PREFERRED:
- Proven track record of successful product development and launches
- Strong technical knowledge and handson experience in product engineering
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and mentoring
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product innovation and problemsolving
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
SKILLS:
- Indepth understanding of the product development lifecycle and industry best practices
- Familiarity with industry standards regulations and quality control processes
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to translate customer needs into product features
- Professional engineering certification (e.g. PE) is a plus
