Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator/Developer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform including managing users groups permissions and rolebased access control (RBAC).
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Problem Change Service Catalog and Knowledge Management to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain business rules client scripts UI policies and workflows to automate and optimize business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and ensure system availability and performance.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Develop and deploy custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into IT service performance.
- Ensure the proper maintenance upgrades and patches are applied to the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide guidance and training to users on best practices for using ServiceNow and related ITIL processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement integrations between ServiceNow and other internal or external systems.
- Stay uptodate with new features releases and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator ServiceNow Developer or in a similar ServiceNowrelated role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (e.g. Incident Change Problem Service Catalog Knowledge Management).
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration customization and development using JavaScript Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow administration tasks including managing users permissions and data imports/exports.
- Experience in developing and deploying custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they relate to ServiceNow functionality.
- Ability to write and maintain business rules client scripts and server scripts in ServiceNow.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs or other integration methods.
- Proficiency in creating reports dashboards and other visualizations in ServiceNow.
- Excellent problemsolving troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
