Job Description
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Key Skills: Business analysis for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) requirement gathering process documentation stakeholder management and integration knowledge of Workday/SAP (good to have). Responsibilities: Gather and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow HRSD. Work closely with HR IT and key stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation. Facilitate requirementgathering sessions create BRDs FRDs and user stories. Collaborate with the ServiceNow team to configure HRSD modules workflows and case management. Ensure smooth integration knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD with Workday and SAP (if applicable). Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to align business needs with technology solutions hence good communication. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and support project delivery.
