Job Description
What youll be doing:
As a Demi Chef you will have a genuine passion for firstclass cuisine. You will help telling stories through food that will indulge the senses and leave lasting memories. You will be passionate and creative in your approach to consistently producing high quality dishes that delight our guests. Your flexibility in adapting to special requests will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that will see guests returning time and time again.
Your tasks will include:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards ensuring quality presentation and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section adhering to food safety standards.
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials working with premium locallysourced ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team in training and mentoring junior staff.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and kitchen equipment is in good working order.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably with knowledge in Italian cuisine.
- A strong passion for food and a creative flair.
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations food safety and hygiene standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- A positive teamoriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts mornings evenings and weekends
