Job Description:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to join our team and take charge of our digital marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performancedriven marketing strategies a knack for optimizing campaigns and the ability to lead and manage a team. As a Performance Marketing Lead you will be responsible for driving online growth improving ROI and scaling digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the planning execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram Ads LinkedIn Ads and other digital platforms.
- Develop and implement datadriven strategies to drive conversions improve customer acquisition and maximize ROI.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement A/B testing creative optimization and budget management to ensure the best outcomes.

Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of digital marketers ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently and within budget.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve their digital marketing skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews training sessions and provide feedback to help team members grow.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CPL (Cost Per Lead) CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) CTR (Click Through Rate) and overall campaign ROI.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards for senior management providing insights into campaign performance areas for improvement and recommendations for future strategies.

Budget Management & Optimization:
- Manage and allocate budgets across various channels ensuring optimal use of marketing spend.
- Continuously optimize ad campaigns to achieve the highest possible ROI while staying within budget constraints.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content design and product teams to create compelling ads and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Collaborate with external agencies or partners for media buying and influencer marketing campaigns if needed.

Stay Updated with Trends:
- Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing digital advertising and analytics tools.
- Test new platforms ad formats and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
