URGENT HIRING FOR IT MANAGER

Job Summary:
The Retail IT Manager Omni channel is responsible for planning implementing and
managing technology systems and solutions that support seamless integration across all retail
channels including instore online and mobile platforms. The role ensures the efficient
functioning of IT infrastructure enhances customer experience and drives operational
excellence by leveraging innovative technology in an Omni channel retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic IT Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy to support Omni channel retail operations.
- Align IT initiatives with business objectives to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve Omni channel capabilities.
2. Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of IT systems including servers networks and cloud services.
- Ensure high availability and performance of retail systems including Point of Sale
- (POS) ERP CRM and ecommerce platforms.
- Implement robust data security protocols to protect customer and business information.
3. Manage Application Development and Integration:
- Manage the development and integration of Omni channel applications to ensure seamless data flow across touch points.
- Coordinate with thirdparty vendors for the customization and support of retailspecific software solutions.
- Optimize website and mobile app performance to deliver a superior customer experience.
4. Team Leadership and Vendor Management:
- Lead and mentor the IT team to deliver highquality technical support and innovation.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure costeffective and timely delivery of solutions.
5. Data and Analytics:
- Oversee the implementation of data analytics tools to gather insights into customer behavior and operational performance.
- Leverage data to support decisionmaking and improve Omni channel strategies.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards
- Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- System Uptime: Percentage of uptime for critical retail IT systems (target: 99.9%).
- Customer Satisfaction: Improvement in customer satisfaction scores related to IT services.
- Incident Resolution Time: Average time to resolve IT incidents (target: < 4 hours).
- Project Delivery: Ontime and withinbudget delivery of IT projects.
- Omni channel Integration: Percentage of successfully integrated touch points across retail channels.
- Data Accuracy: Reduction in data discrepancies between systems (target: < 1%).
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- (Masters degree preferred).
Experience:
- 4 years of experience in IT management in a retail environment.
- Proven experience in managing Omni channel systems and technologies.
- Handson experience with POS systems ERP CRM and ecommerce platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure cloud computing and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problemsolving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
