Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
o Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key clients serving as their primary point of contact.
o Understand clients business objectives and challenges to provide tailored equipment leasing solutions.
o Monitor account performance ensuring client satisfaction and contract adherence.
2. Business Development:
o Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients through upselling and cross selling.
o Proactively seek referrals and new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
3. Sales & Revenue Management:
o Execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and profitability.
4. Market Insights & Reporting:
o Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry regulations.
o Provide regular updates and forecasts to management on account performance and opportunities.
5. Collaboration & Leadership:
o Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams ensuring smooth communication and contract execution.
o Work closely with operations finance and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
Requirements:
5 years experience in handling corporate account relationships and business development preferably in the equipment leasing financial services or related industry.
Bachelors degree. Post graduation preferred.
Willingness to travel within the city.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
