Designation: Talent Acquisition Sr. Executive / Executive (
Location: Mumbai
Purpose:
The position is responsible for fulfilling the Recruitment needs of the
organization.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle right from Manpower planning to
understanding staffing needs to onboarding across all levels of the organization.
Key
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs
Ensure the required staffing need is fulfilled within the set timelines.
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. timetohire and costperhire)
Organize and manage new employee orientation onboarding record
management (internal and external)
Maintain and periodically update the job description database across all
departments and levels in collaboration with the HR team.
Effectively manage the vendors and vendor KPIs.
Ensure timely preparation and sharing of periodical MIS reports & dashboards for
management.
Support in other HR generalist projects.

tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all
internal & external stakeholders
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking
capability
Highly resourceful teamplayer with the ability to also be extremely effective
independently.
Expert level MS Excel and Powerpoint.
Preferably having an experience of working on ATS or software for TA.
Qualification: Any Bachelors degree with postgraduation in Human Resources
