The position is responsible for providing solutions required for the success of strategic initiatives for the Group and internal stakeholders. He/She drives the delivery of additional and sustainable value to existing and potential partners in the region by focusing on service total cost advantage risk management and innovation across all Hotel spend. This is done through understanding the emergent needs of our guests and Hotels the vision of Accors internal leaders securing relevant resources in each market under a nomination contract and leveraging their specific category expertise and supporting the contract deployment with respective procurement director for each market.
Roles and Responsibilities
Delivery of contracts of value
- Support the director in covering the source to contract process from needs analysis to supplier negotiation and legal and operational implementation of national and regional agreements.
- Lead risk management initiatives by ensuring suppliers align with Ethics and CSR Charter Data policies and complete KYC Process.
- Lead packaging of negotiated value proposition for owners and internal leaders.
Compliance
- Support the communication of national regional and global contracts of value through the region.
- Used tools to track region country and hotellevel compliance of nominated suppliers.
- Support the director to with internal leaders suppliers and Hotels to convert opportunities for business development.
Implementation of strategic roadmap
- Support Director of Procurement with implementation of strategic roadmap for region.
Review and delivery of optimized processes
- Identify processes for procurement related activities and propose alternate solutions.
- Use tools for concise communication of department progress.
Communication and Networking Responsibilities
- Enhance specific category knowledge across key internal stakeholders and hotels.
- Staying engaged in the broader industry trends and available resources.
- Procurement GPO competitor knowledge.
Development of digital solutions
- Support the deployment of digital solutions related to closing the procuretopay loop.
- Coordinate with I.T. Operations Suppliers and Digital partner to support optimizing onboarding process.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years relevant procurement experience.
- Experience in hospitality procurement in the region is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and procurementrelated digital tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Advanced time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Guestdriven entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to research learn analyze data and solve problems.
- Culturally aware with the ability to work with diverse teams across different cultures.
